Our Cancellation Policy is simple. You call us as soon as your plans change! We do not charge you for cancellations or hold it against you in the future. We only hope that you will consider our services the next time you plan a trip.
We offer a Complementary Day Care to all first-time Boarding Clients. This gives you and your pet time to get to know us and time for us to get to know how to make your pet's boarding experience positive.
We do not charge for the administration of oral medications or special feeding.
