Reservations and Policies

Reservations

• Although reservations are not always required, we do recommend that you plan ahead. Remember, we are always very busy during the summer, holidays and football weekends.

Check In

• During check-in we will familiarize ourselves with your pet. We want to know about your pet's diet, medications, daily habits and any existing conditions that may require special attention!

Vaccinations

• To ensure the health and well-being of all our guests and staff, before reservations, we require written proof that the following are current (last twelve months):
  • Dogs: Rabies, DHL-P, Parvovirus, Bordetella, and Internal Parasite Check
  • Cats: Rabies, RCP-C, FeLV (or negative blood test) and Internal Parasite Check

In Case of Illness

• In the unlikely event that your pet becomes ill while with us, we will seek prompt medical care by your veterinarian if it is feasible. In case of serious illness, we will make every attempt to notify you as quickly as possible.

Medications

• Any medication your pet is taking will be continued at All Kreatures, according to your directions. All medications must be provided at time of check-in with an adequate amount to last through the stay. There will be a nominal administration charge for medications prescribed by your Veterinarian.

Feeding

• We feed high quality pet foods to all of our guests. if you pet is on a special diet, we will not want to change their feeding regime. With plenty of attention and a quality menu, you should not have to worry about your pet not eating while with us.

8 am to 6 pm

Wednesday
8 am to 12 noon

Saturday
8 am to 4 pm

Sunday                                                     4 pm to 5:30 pm

Check-Out Time is 12 noon
